No dumbbells? Can’t afford to buy it? You can use a 1.5 litre water bottle to have the similarity of a real dumbbells to have the resistance weight for the workout that you’re doing or planning to do it.

🌞 Calf Raises- 45 sec

10 sec rest on each exercise
1 min break
